HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Purchasing from ROYAUMS Outlet is easy:

  1. Once you have found an item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO CART' button.
  2. Check the box :  
  3. Fill in your contact information and continue to shipping
  4. Select the shipping method and continue to payment. 
  5. Select the payment method and complete your order.

    ARE THE PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC / ORIGINAL ?

    Yes, ROYAUMS-outlet is an authorized online stockist of ROYAUMS products.
    On the homepage of www.royaums.com you can find the "AUTHENTICITY CHECK", please fill in our domein name "www.royaumsoutlet.com" to find out that we are an authentic reseller.

    WHAT ABOUT THE RETURNS/REFUNDS?

    If your order is not satisfactory, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not have a tag, are used or don’t meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

     To return please follow these steps:

    1. Please fill in the return or inspection form correctly and send it to the address as mentioned.
    1. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order or you’ll be send another item. Shipping costs are not refunded.
    1. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU.
    1. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

     

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ROYAUMS OUTLET ACCEPT?

    We accept iDeal, Klarna Afterpay, Klarna in 3 Payment (3 Installments 60 days, only for Dutch residence), Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. 

                

     

    WHERE IS MY ORDER?

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. ROYAUMS Outlet is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number (check your Spam box).

     

    SIZE GUIDE:

    Will I receive an order confirmation once my order is completed?

    You will receive an order confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your order has been processed. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

    How can I check my order status?

    Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive a shipment e-mail after the confirmation e-mail. The shipment e-mail provides you with the necessary details to track your shipment.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Once the payment has been received by ROYAUMS Outlet and your order has been processed, it will not be possible to cancel your order anymore. For further information on this matter please use the contact form on our website.

    What is the standard delivery time?

    Delivery and Returns within The Netherlands:

    • Standard delivery: 3-4 Business days Free 
    • Express delivery: Before 18:00pm (on business days) next day €3,95
    • Returns within 30 days

    Delivery and Returns Belgium:

    • Standard delivery: 3-4 Business days Free
    • Returns within 30 days

    Delivery and Returns rest EU:

    • Standard delivery: 4-6 Business days €10 shipping costs
    • Products Below €150 :  €20 shipping costs 
    • Returns within 30 days

    Delivery and Returns outside EU:

    • Standard delivery: 6-10 Business days €25 shipping costs

          I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?

          Fill in the return form and make clear that you want to exchange. Make sure the seal is unbroken, the shoes are unworn and the contents of the original packaging are complete.

          My shoes are damaged/I have a complaint. What can I do?

          If you bought your shoes at one of our retailers, please contact them to help you further on this matter. If you purchased your shoes on the ROYAUMS Outlet, please contact us through our contact form and provide us with your order number.

          If you have a complaint, please contact customerservice@royaumsoutlet.com. We aim to respond within five (5) working days.

          Is the python leather ethical obtained?

          We are concerned about the social, ethical and global environmental issues. For this reason, we obtain a CITES (The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) permit for all of our exceptional leathers. The aim of this convention is to ensure that the existence of wild animals and plants are not threatened by the international trade operations. This permit and the commitment of our partners, make sure that all stages of breeding, extraction, transformation and the manufacturing of ROYAUMS Outlet products respect the international criteria to protect the wild animals and plants.
